Just keep in mind, OP, that if it's a personal bank, if all the characters in the personal guild is deleted, there won't be anyone left to re-invite you to the guild to access the guild bank and stored items will be effectively lost.

How to get access to my account again? ANET have to get this sorted out via forum cause support is not available kitten. I dont get why im NOT able to override this sms authentication through my email account since that is how I set up the account to begin with.
What I did notice is that the account I used to set up the Guild still has access in WvW. I haven't had a chance to check if the others can use guild banks in cities yet. To be clear though, I've had no problems using the WvW guy on all my accounts for 3 and a half years, until today. Hopefuly it's something of an oversight and will be fixed.
