I have recently purchased a Huawei P8 Lite and have since installed a 32Gb MicroSD card. I have set the SD card as the default memory location via the Settings/Memory & storage options. However, all data is still being saved to the internal memory, which has now been filled up. Is there a method
The ability to move a portion of an app to SD isn't supported by all phones. If you don't see a Move to SD option in the Settings>Apps menu for any app, then the phone doesn't support it. Also, How do I download apps to my SD card on Huawei P8 Lite? Step 1: On your Huawei phone, go to “Settings”>” Apps”. Step 2: Now, tap “Advanced (bottom of the screen)”>” App Permissions”>” Storage”. Then, choose the respective app ( it should then enable data for selected app saved to the SD card).
Tap on “Backup & Reset”, and then select the “Back up my data” option. Make sure the “Back up to Google Drive” option is enabled, and then tap on the “Back up now” button. Your P8 Lite will then backup your data to your Google Drive account. Once you have your data backed up, you can proceed with resetting your P8 Lite.
I also have a p8 lite 2017 (16GB) but only 7 GB is usable. I have to uninstall some apps to make space for another app to be installed. I suggest that buying a new phone with at least 128GB of ROM is a better option simply because android 5 and above doesn't support SD card app transfer anymore. Reply
It has a processor Octa-core (4x2.1 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x1.7 GHz Cortex-A53), a graphics card Mali-T830MP2, a RAM memory 3 GB RAM and an internal memory of 16 GB. The Huawei P8 Lite (2017) comes from the factory with the Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating system. Huawei P8 Lite (2017) lowest price in Pakistan is Rs. 17,399. The price was updated on 01st December, 2020. (sometimes called a flash memory card or a storage card) is a small storage medium dont know about your phone, but some offers to format sd card as internal, then use an app like app2sd and check like 10-15 apps in a row to transfer to your sd card (dont transfer all at the same time, it doesnt work good) Reply. I tried downgrading my Huawei p8 lite 2017 to Android 7 so I would be able to partition my SD Card as mixed Storage, but the System Updater stops at 5% and the Update fails. Thats why I assume, that you can not downgrade, but I haven’t had the chance to use HiSuite (maybe this would have done the trick).
